I have been addicted to the television show "24" I just got season 4 from the library today!

HMR dismissed

I quit HMR, very sad!

It was making me dizzy b/c it was such a drastic reduction in calories. I told the nurse this in my follow up call, and they said to eat more of their meals. I cannot afford to eat more of their meals.

This diet also made me extremely thirsty, they said it is because your body knows not to hold on to the salt from your diet anymore, did not quite make sense to me.

I hope to just eat better and exercise more (the only thing that truly works). I am going thru a stressful time in my life right now anyways and my doctor encouraged me that I should not get too hard on myself since I am going thru the stress of school, etc.

George Foreman 360 Grill w/Quesadilla, Grill & Bake Plates

I saw the above today on QVC...the George Forman has removable plates for the dishwasher. I currently have one that the plates do not remove.
When I have my own kitchen again, I would enjoy one of these

My brother and I went to see Taken...it was intense...very sad...human trafiking (spelling) is scary

Confessions of a Shopaholic

My sister and I went to see Confessions of a Shopaholic--based on the Sophia Kinsella books...I like the books better

My sister really, really liked the movie, but she never read the books (so had nothing to compare to)

I was thankful that it was rated PG

Baby Momma

I watched Baby Momma today for a "mental" break...I actually liked it...it wasnot what I was expecting, no pun intended

It actually gave me some "hope" as I feel old at times with no children
