5 can soup

the following 5 can soup is only 3 points for the WHOLE pot...My weight watcher leader gave my meeting the receipe...

1-can of fat free chicken broth
1-can of sliced carrots
1-can of sliced potatoes
1-can of zucchini and tomatoes
1-can of tomatoes with basic, garlic, and oregeno (Hunts brand is an option)

I made the above in the Crock-Pot for 2 hours on High heat, very good and filling

I plan on making another batch this week

I am struggling...I am having a hard time kicking cravings and feeling full...I did by suckers to help me when I am doing homework to "have something in my mouth"

The suckers were a great idea. I had a piece of gum two nights in a row to satisfy my sweet tooth and not eat. I lose faster if I don't snack in the evenings after dinner. I'm convinced that's where almost all of my extra weight came from.

I bought ingredients for this soup and will try it out this week, can't wait! Tea is another good thing to fill up on at night, yum.
